 C.E. Support & Associates, Inc. was formed in 1999 by its founder, Michael J. Westrich, a degreed civil engineer with over twenty years of hands-on construction experience. As principal of the firm, Mr. Westrich＊s vision is simple: "support those in need and create a Win-Win relationship that yields a mutually beneficial outcome.§
The firm is purposely structured as a construction management support group to meet the prevalent growing needs of contractors, engineering firms, owner institutions, attorneys and other similar consulting firms. Mr. Westrich's experience ranges from extensive on-site project management to scheduling and dispute resolution in the government, energy, transportation, industrial and commercial sectors, with an emphasis on civil projects. A 1986 graduate from the University of Missouri-Rolla, Mr. Westrich compliments his on-site experience with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Moreover, Mr. Westrich＊s cooperative interactions with architects, engineers, owners and contractors warrant him a thorough understanding of past and present construction practices. His specific areas of expertise reside in heavy / civil projects as well as specialty trades including mechanical, electrical and finish trades.
