Mr. Joseph is skilled and experienced in providing demonstrative graphics that support construction litigation and scheduling services.  His expertise resides in preparing graphic design and presentations that effectively illustrate the “cause and effect” relationship of delays and disruptions that contractors and/or owners often experience on construction projects.

He has extensive training in a variety of software design and graphic programs that include, but are not limited to, Corel Draw, Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite.  He is proficient in Mac and PC platforms, as well as, the design & development of web sites.

In addition to his affiliation with C.E. Support & Associates, Inc., since 2000, Mr. Joseph has owned Linfographist Design, a business printing and graphics firm with offices in Haiti and Atlanta, Georgia USA.  He is certified in Industrial & Architectural Design and Computer Technology. 

Mr. Joseph holds a Bachelor degree in Communication, with a major in graphics and illustration, from “(FASCH) University of Haiti” (1993). He is also a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD)
